1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ft9999 website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ft9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You are a natural person accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ft9999 or had an account permanently suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any other person or entity.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder that would make your use of the Platform harmful to yourself or others.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. ft9999 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification using your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documentation. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ft9999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ft9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify ft9999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use another player's account or attempt to access any account other than your own.
• ft9999 may require additional verification steps — including OTP authentication — before processing withdrawals or account changes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your account complies with these Terms, regardless of whether the activity was performed by you personally.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ft9999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are detailed in the Payments section of your account dashboard.

• All deposits are credited to your ft9999 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name. ft9999 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ft9999 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Deposits made using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen payment credentials, or through any other dishonest means will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
• ft9999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing partners, banking institutions, or mobile financial service providers once a withdrawal has been approved on our end.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect balance or an erroneous credit to your account, ft9999 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds credited in error, regardless of whether you have wagered those funds in the interim.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ft9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Bangladesh players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a minimum 15x wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless a different validity period is specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• ft9999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the offer is being abused or where technical or operational circumstances require.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market — whether on ft9999 or in combination with another platform — for the purpose of exploiting bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ft9999 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface and constitute part of these Terms where applicable.

• All casino games on ft9999 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by ft9999's server-side logs shall be the definitive and final record.
• ft9999 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of a technical malfunction, system error, or erroneous odds publication.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches) — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on ft9999 is strictly prohibited.
• ft9999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ft9999 Platform — including but not limited to the ft9999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ft9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ft9999. Unauthorised use of ft9999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ft9999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ft9999 for any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ft9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, regardless of whether ft9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The ft9999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and secure service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ft9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

• Upon termination for cause, ft9999 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation of the relevant violation.
• Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed to the verified payment method on file after standard verification checks.
• Self-exclusion requests are permanent once confirmed and cannot be reversed. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ft9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ft9999 Platform shall first be submitted to ft9999's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. ft9999 aims to respond to all formal disputes within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. ft9999 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh.
